As a Junior Solution Specialist, you will work closely with our expert team, focusing on learning and managing activities in the office as well as on-site at our clients' locations. The ideal candidate will be a versatile figure, ready to be involved in an operational and educational context, aimed at contributing meaningfully to the development and implementation of our systems. Key Responsibilities: - Installation, configuration, and support of systems and applications for automating hospitality operations; - Initial setup and routine management of the solution; - Collaboration with the help desk structure and software development teams for third-level support activities (HD3); - On-site personnel training for clients; - Internal training for support structures; - Project management in teamwork with colleagues and external suppliers; - Management and monitor post-deployment of solutions to guarantee continuous client satisfaction. Mandatory requirements: - Good level of English language knowledge; - Passion for the retail sector, new technologies and innovation; - Proficiency in computer skills. Preferred requirements: - Previous experience in the Food Service world; - Familiarity with Windows operating systems, both client and server, and their configuration: devices, users, applications; - Capability to install, configure, and provide support for specific applications.
